ABOUT BBAM

The IMM GSM Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Management degree prepares students for career opportunities and advancement in business and industry. Successful completion of the BBAMM requirements ensures that graduates understand the relationships among marketing, consumer behaviour, economic principles, statistics, research, accountancy, and financial, human and enterprise management. The BBAMM degree gives students an opportunity to specialize in designated areas by choosing electives in desired courses.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To enroll you must have one of the following qualifications:

  • You must have a senior certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Matric Exemptions D symbols in Mathematics & English
  • A CV and RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) application is required from prospective students over 23 years of age, who have no senior Certificate and must include work-related experience and a SAPS affidavit stating that they did not obtain a Senior Certificate.ment.
  • Students over the age of 45 may apply as mature age applicants.  

EXEMPTION

You may be exempt from some papers if you have a relevant degree or professional marketing qualification. For more information call IMM GSM.

ASSESSMENT/CERTIFICATION/AWARDING BODY

Students are required to write a final examination per module. The Certification body for the Diploma in Marketing Management professional qualification is the IMM Graduate School of Marketing.

Additional tuition is supplied by Spectrium’s Faculty Marketing Management, located in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. Spectrium is a recognised and listed IMM GSM Additional Tuition Centre.
