Due to unemployment and lack of financing to pursue an educational career Spectrium has introduced a Referral Rewards Programme where anyone can earn a residual income by simply referring learners or business opportunities to us. It is very easy to get started. Just by speaking to your friends, family members, co-workers, business partners and neighbours about our products and service offerings can have a tremendous impact on your finances if they sign up for any of our courses or give us business.

Terms and conditions

1. For you to participate in the referral programme you must be a registered member
2. You must have a referral code which must be produced by your referrals
3. You must be properly trained on our products and services
4. You will only get your payment upon your referral registering with us and paying a registration fees or course fees
5. In case your referral makes a cheque payment, the amount must be cleared before you receive your reward
6. The participant or member must call Spectrium to confirm their referrals and the referred client must produce the name and code of the participant when enrolling for any of our programmes
7. Any amount paid out to participants is taxable unless instructed otherwise
8. There shall be no upfront reward payments
9. The reward shall be paid into a bank account nominated by the participant
10. By participating in this programme the participant shall not be acting as an employee, agent and independent contractor of Spectrium or in any capacity in relation to Spectrium and undertakes not to make any representations or undertakings on behalf of Spectrium to the referred clients
11. The participant shall have no claim against Spectrium in the event that the conditions of this agreement cannot be fulfilled in respect of the referred client/s through no fault on the part of Spectrium
12. The participants acknowledges that Spectrium conducts a credit check on all potential clients and that in the event that it decides in its sole discretion not to approve study credit to the referred client, the participant shall have no claim to the reward
13. Payments are made only on the last day of each month
14. The participant undertakes to submit an invoice together with the following: list of referred clients, date they enrol with Spectrium, programme of study, proof that the referred client has paid a signed acknowledgment from the referred client.
14. Neither Spectrium employees nor sales consultants shall be entitled to participate in the reward programme
15. A co-participant may not refer the main participant of the same deal
16 The referral programme is strictly applicable to new business or new enrollments
17. In case of a dispute, it is the responsibility of the participant together with their referred clients to prove otherwise
18. There is no limit to the number of clients that participants can introduce
19. The participant must exercise professionalism, sound business etiquette and corporate governance at all times when dealing with prospective clients.
20. Any client introduced to Spectrium becomes immediately the client of Spectrium and the company undertakes to fulfil the service promise.
21. If the participant leaves the programme for whatever reason they undertake not to interfere with the clients introduced and cease forthwith to have any contact with them.
22. Spectrium reserves the right to change the programme at anytime and without prior notice.
23. Neither Spectrium, its shareholders, directors, management, employees nor family members shall not be held liable for any damages suffered by participants.
24. Participants acknowledge that this is a voluntary exercise and undertakes to live up to expectations
